Let's have a laugh, shall we?
I presented this and facilitated a discussion about it in my Whiteness Studies class this evening. We also had a "whiteness" potluck where we brought food we associate with whiteness. I brought whole grain scones that I made myself. I went with granola whiteness to represent. But really, what else could The Jaded Hippy go with, honestly?
It was a good end to the semester.
P.S. I have another series cued up for you; I broke down the research paper I wrote on Zapatista women, so look for that over the next few days, it's an area of interest I haven't talked about much on here but is rather important to me.
